ESP is a privately held investment company focused on value-oriented real estate investments across the US. We seek to acquire assets at attractive valuations relative to both replacement cost and comparable properties and where there is an opportunity to create value.  We deploy capital through a variety of vehicles including direct investments, strategic joint-ventures, and minority non-control positions.
